- The student must speak only English in the Center. Deliberate and persistent acts of Khmer speaking will lead to the disciplinary actions which will be taken through the five stages of disciplinary procedure. An accidental act of Khmer speaking may not be penalized based on the student’s language ability or circumstance and/or if the student apologizes for his/her fault.
- The student must submit all homework, and assignments on time. Late homework and assignments are not accepted. In case, the student cannot meet the deadline, s/he needs to negotiate with the teacher in advance.
- The student is not allowed to change the study time if the class at the time s/he wants to change to still seats 22 students. The students are not allowed to change the class time twice without an official letter of confirmation or certification.

- The student must wear clothes that are accepted by the Cambodian traditions and customs. The clothes must be properly buttoned, fastened and/or zipped. Tank tops or camisoles, and short shorts/jeans are forbidden.
- The student must not smoke in the classroom, and in the Center compound.
- The student will be given the first letter of warning for poor attendance, misbehaviors and infractions, and offered a chance for improvement. The student will be expelled for one session or permanently when the second letter of warning is given.
- All teachers are authorized to enforce the Center rules and regulations to any students in the Center, not limited to only his/her own students.
